Here is an interesting dilemma . Oil pump is pumping to hi of pressure and the relief valve Clicking . Once an rpm of 1750 -2000 rpm is reached the clicking gets very quite ,,,, go back down to idle and click resumes...
All of this is guess work because there is NO oil pressure gauge in this c230.
pump is brand new (5 hrs. on it) counter bal. Shaft and all mercy req'mts finished . left with this.
Is oil viscosity very very important .? its 5-30 Mobile 1 synthetic .
Any ideas out there ???
