Sorry but totally disagree on the interior of the W126. It is one of the best interiors of any car from the 1980s. Not many cars of that time have the same level of build quality and design and the car is rock solid and timeless. If you compare its competitors from that period, most of them now would have cracked dash tops, broken switches or handles and cracked and faded leather and cloth upholstery.
