You've got some interesting stuff there - Panoz Esperante? Talk about obscure.
Anyhow, I voted for the 911 Turbo. Same reasons as in the other thread - the pinnacle of accessible German cars, great performance. I'm just not sure about some of these other cars - IMO, of course, Ferraris are good as a car, but I'm not one for making it any sort of representative of GCF.

When it comes to design I'm very picky and when it comes to giving a car a design award I look for perfection, and below here are the cars which a nominated for getting my vote.
Aston Martin DB9: Well, well, well. What can I say about this car? Its one of my favorite cars and it's design is absolutley flawless and is a perfect combination of masculine shape and feminine lines. There is nothing negative to say about it.
Pagani Zonda: The car that once appeard to be vulgar and obscene is now my second favorite super car. It represents the cream of well thought through car designs. There are simply tiny details everywhere and one can instantly conclude that it isn't designed by some of a kit car produced by some gigalo with too much money.
Still there something that botheres me. From the from all the way to the neck rest the car is gorgeous but they it seem like the design team left the design table, eat tons of pasta, came back to the table, quckly designed the rear and went to sleep. If the rear had looked better this car would have been the best looking car in modern history.
CGT: This car carries the crown i Germany and is the best german sport car one can buy. Looking at it one can instantly conclude that it is a Porsche. Its design can almost be called simply but yet its very beautiful, and those LED lights don't make it look worse now does it?
But...............the car still don't have the "it" factor to be crowned the most beautiful car today.
997 Carrera S: I remember seeing this car the first time IRL. It was black with yellow calipers(carbon discs) and seemed to be polished. I quick went to the car to check it out and it was absolutley stunning, my pulse even went up. My friend who I was with didn't like Porsche cars at that time(becasue they all look the same) quickly became silent and just stared at Ze German bauty.
The car has a very sporty look but its lines sweep so smoothly and the round head lights make it look even more adorable.
Ever since I saw the car I haven't seen any car which is more perfect than that. Some times simplicity is the way to go, the car discrete but yet very gorgeous and doesn't have any bad angles at all. Therefore my vote goes to the 997 Carrera.

I see what you mean. Yes I agree the CGT isn't as striking as the Zonda och SLR but it is sleek, looks good and is a Porsche, and that is enough for people to love it.

I agree! The Porsche Carrera GT just doesn`t have that exotic flavor.
I`ve said this before, the Mercedes SLR just might be the first German exotic.
Porsche cars are fast, good drivers cars but thay are not exotic.
