Why should autonomous cars be speed limited on the highway ?

Speed increases the severity of a failure, even if autonomy decreases the frequency or probability of it.

They is so cheap... If they stick to their plan and only build EVs in the future, this limit is just for technical reasons (= battery range). To sell it as "safety enhancing decision" is nothing more than cynical...
