That right there is one of my wettest dreams. The Audi RS6 sedan, with either MTM or Evotech, is one of the fastest cars in the world. Not many cars can beat it. It's an absolute monster. And my nr1 dreamcar. Even over the R8 GT.

A stock(I guess?) 550HP M6 is able to keep up with it from rolling start.

OK man, see you were talking about cars in general. This is a class race... 500+, 600+ and so on. it might be best in this event and in this class but does it mean there are no faster cars... I can think of more than of few but won't bother posting videos as I couldn't care less. You telling me I'm wrong and my posts doesn't ever make sense?

Its going to be intresting to see what a modified M6 is capable of. Should be quicker than MTM RS6 from rolling start.
During these races the dragstrip is wet you can see. According to the driver of the M6 he had traction issues in 1,2 and 3 gear.

For sure it's gonna be intereseting. Did you see that video I posted? That M6 in there is quite crazy too. But that RS6... damn. 27.3 in a mile.. That is insane.

These guys drive more than one time and use the gear thats best for the car. It's easier to race from rolling start than standstill.

Yes. But rolling start don't tell all thing about the fast cars. Both categorys is important to me.

Now I don't understand. Rolling start is to eliminate driver errors and to make the race fair as possible. It tells you a lot about the car. What you prefer isn't relevant and doesnt have anything to do with these videos.

Just like I did say, both categorys is important to me, rolling start and standstill start.

My FWD A4 with 300hp, is faster from a rolling start then my friends 320hp S4. But in the start..? Haha...
Quattro actually weights quite a lot at higher speeds, and cars with FWD/RWD even with little less power, but probably less wight, will stand a good chance. In higher speeds that is.

These days FWD performance hatchacks got diff etc to help traction but cars without it I think RWD have an advantage but this is only me guessing

I think also it depends on how good coilovers the FWD car has. Cause otherwise, without a good set of coilovers, a powerful FWD car, tends to "lift off", and loose traction
