For the autobahn cruses! So you can keep up with everyone and you can also say you have the biggest engine

Well the BMW 118i goes all the way to 230-235 km/h and the E320 has been maxed out at 247 km/h. You can't really go any faster on the Autobahns these days anyway. I won't be left behind.

That would be probably the W211… …maybe wimmer should be a co-driver on some ones car…then he could do a lot of stunning photos - even on the autobahn!!

The problem is that the 'Ring has a lot of great viewing spots but they're located all over the place. You need a car to get around there and that's the reason I would like to travel there with a vehicle.


But Pekka and I will be getting together again to photograph his Cayman S and this time I will have my Nikon D90 with video function!!!

I would love to do that, but sadly I have no time…university just start again and I have already planned some activities… …but I hope, that this isn't the last meeting at Nürburgring!

FYI - I'll visit Rhineland between sunday and wednesday. There I'll meet Bad Benny in order to check out our place to stay plus some other nice places to visit.

According to google maps it's 1 259 km's from my home to düsseldorf
and takes about 13 hours and 42 minutes with a car.

I will think about it seriously my only consern is that this will
be rather expensive ... ?

I contacted Tycoon but I haven't heard anything from him for long time...I will think about it because it is 1200 km from where I live, I might take a plane also. I hope Tycoon will answer my message soon.

Is there a deadline for reserving hotel Pekka?

Hey you guys. Arriving by plane sounds good. We can easily pic you up at Duesseldorf or Koeln (Cologne) / Bonn Airport. I don't think that there's any deadline regarding a room reservation. IMO we should tell Benny until mid of february how many ppl we are.
