This is a bespoke GT3-derived platform with a bespoke engine. We are easily looking at a 200-250k car.

It is only bespoke because Toyota hasn't done anything like it. But there is really nothing unique about a front engined TT V8 sports car. And I don't know how much of a market exists for a 250k Toyota (unless it is some limited production thingy).
