I'm using the Bittorrent program I downloaded from their site, and I'm downloading the actual Top Gear from the link you gave me.
Its mostly downloaded since I was running it on the computer a lot yesterday, so its about 80 percent downloaded.

But do you know if there is any way to speed up the downloads without seeding?

Or is it a merit system-that once I download a lot, and people download from me, then my speeds will pick up a little?

It sounds like your firewall is slowing your downloads, or perhaps your ISP is limiting traffic that uses the standard ports for Bittorrent. If it's the firewall, you can get around it by adjusting its settings so that it'll let the packets through but if you're not comfortable with fiddling around with the settings you might not want to do that. If it's the ISP, you need a Bittorrent client that lets you choose the port it uses, such as BitComet.

The Audi Q7 was the winner of the biathlon. But in the end, Jeremy Clarkson and James May agreed the Volvo XC90 was the better car, even though it didn't win the race.

I wonder why they didn't pitch the new Mercedes M-Class against the Audi in the biathlon competition.

Clarkson actually reviewed the new ML320 CDI while he was in Norway.
