Congratulations, your X5 is very nice mate, love the exterior and interior colour combination. The seats look very comfortable indeed, if only the steering wheel isn't so ugly the interior will be perfect. Are those silver trim bits metal or metallic painted plastic?

They are the regular seats indeed... originally they were supposed to be the "Comfort Seats" due to the premium package, but a few weeks before signing BMW Canada recalled all of them (due to some manufacturing problem) and scaled back the premium package to regular seats.

Interesting. But i am pretty sure that Volvo's seats are much more comfortable Actually, i am not kidding. I can post some pics if you want for comparison!

IMO, the ultimate test is sleeping in your car. I have done it twice, and also i have spent 8 hours driving without getting off the seat. So i don't think i can find sth more comfortable than that. Sorry guys, noone beats volvo in this

Thank you all for sharing the joy with me. Morning ride to school with my kids was a great experience. We were all excited and having a very comfortable drive, totaly different car, smooth, easy to handle, soft, but very pleasant to steer. Everything looks more complicated then it is in practice. Electronic shift very nice and easy to manipulate. I'm very happy. More to come.
