No it actually is. I have the Crayon GTS package and there are still very questionable plastics all around (transmission tunnel, door handles, speaker covers etc). My M4 felt more special. But the way it drives makes me forgive it.

I have a rattle coming from my driver display, a rattle coming from the drivers door area and the backrest of my drivers seat is creaking. Booked in next week to have these issues rectified.

Mum's Macan feels more premium and better built. Solid as a brick shithouse.
Wow, we had a couple of 992s in the family not my experience. That sucks !

Nobody complaining about fingerprint magnet here in the full screen cockpit and that middle full black piano..

Fingerprints are the norm these days, look at your phone. Hopefully the black piano is just a standard trim.

I feel the same about Taycan, lower B-pillar is very thin plastic and moves when pressing on it, the lower C-pillar is also a large part of scratchy plastic straight from a VW.

Panamera is better built and in the rear there's leather everywhere you look, like a $150k car should be.

The same steering wheel that is rather cheaply made?
I don't remember how it felt to the touch, but generally yes, it looks like a steering wheel from the eighties at first sight but made of cheap KIA type plastic (the ones from the 80s were, they looked and felt great)

You either haven't drove a Porsche or a Kia recently, I can tell you from experience that Porsche steering wheel is better than others. I'm not talking about the way it looks but how it feels using it. MB looks the best but is the worst to use touch buttons and new BMW steering wheel is inspired by Porsche light appearance style.

Love it !!!!

Generic. Bad, and almost ugly looking. How many f'ing screens does a person want???

YUCK!!!!!! That cut away dash for the dials is by far the worst part btw. With the 25 screens on a second place.

Ask BMW that put a Livingroom tv in the 7er

You forgot to mention the little screens on the door handles to open the window but the livingroom tv is nice for kids though.

Driving the Taycan for few months I don't mind the screens at all, actually I prefer this layout compared to big tablet in your face from BMW/E-Class.

The new Turbonite metallic Crest and trim is exclusively reserved for Turbo models. Like all of our paints, this one was very carefully composed by the Porsche Color & Trim experts. Gold elements create an elegant, metallizing effect, with the top layer in a contrasting satin finish. The lettering on the rear and the Daylight Opening (DLO), as well as the surrounds of the side windows, will be given a Turbonite finish on the Turbo models in future. Depending on the model line, further details such as the inlays in the front fascia, the spokes, or the aeroblades in light alloy wheels could feature Turbonite paintwork.

Turbonite is also the dominant color in the exclusive crest of the Turbo models. All of the top high-performance models will soon feature the crest on their front, as well as on the wheels and the steering wheel.

Additionally, selected components in the interior, for example the trim strips and the belt straps, as well as a number of controls such as the mode switch and the air conditioning control panel, also come in Turbonite. In this case, too, the exact scope depends on the model line. In combination with a black interior, Turbonite is also being used as a contrasting color for the stitching on the seats, the door panel trims, instrument panel and floor mats.
