Front looks bland, doesn t fit in any of my preferences which are agressive or stylish. Well, this car is nit agressive and it s not stylish either. I like the rear and I think that I will also like the interior. Overall, a nice car. The only bmw z that I loved remains the Z8 with the M5 engine.

Nicely done BMW. Front bumper has too much going on for it. Darker colors or M variant would surely/hopefully address that. Nice proportions and glad to see bmw still making roadsters!

We are 12 Days to the official release ... Maybe we should see some leaks soon ... the positioning of the door handle could also have been better executed for me !

I really like it, sans the hood shutline. Far better than the renders in fact. Phew.

Looks pretty good. Clearly not the best photos and i don't think the color does the front design any favors. Sie profile looks killer, and the back looks great too other than the big M40i badge. It's strange that the headlights aren't sharp as the concept lights. Hopefully the official pics will be out shortly and we'll get a better look. i also dont like the blacked out kidney grills, will look much nicer with chrome.

The front looks like a Fiat 124 Abarth. That's the weak spot of an overall nicely done designed roadster. I'd pick a Z4 M40i over its competition anyday though.

I like the the side view and the rear. But at the moment I don‘t like the front because of the headlights.
I have to see it in real for a final judgement.

sunnavabitch! They've gone and placed the reverse lights below the "bumper" on the black "diffuser."

I know the Supra will also have that and that really ruffles my feathers, but I was hoping they wouldn't do that to the Z4. Grrrrrr!

As expected the odd front is controversial - a bit of a let down for me tbh - but the rest of the design pulls it back a fair bit. The front may look better in the metal; time will tell. Kudos to BMW for sticking with this - surely - limited market.

The side profile has 0% elegance, something a BMW roadster should always have. A no go for me.

Perhaps it's simply the color and rims. But the car featured in the photographs leaves me a bit indifferent. A case of "must see in the metal" I reckon.

It has that same gaping maw of a rear end like the 8-Series. Need to see better pics.

They shouldn’t have shown us the concept if it wasn’t going to look At least 98% of the final product. The last time I can remember when they made a car that looks like the concept was with the 6GC and M3/4.

Instead it looks too much like this. I would just cancel concepts if I were BMW.

Clearly not the best photos of the car so far. Black rims, black kidneys and the color don't do it any favors also.Lets wait until we see the official pictures from BMW until we make any final judgement.

The last time I can remember when they made a car that looks like the concept was with the 6GC

The front of the 6er was dumbed down quite a bit from the concept. Grille and headlights make a big difference.

The only concept that turned out was the 4er when they did the facelift. Pretty much 99% the concept.

Edit: and the i8. And this one makes me wonder..it was so out of the box and they’ve done it..why they couldn’t do it to the 8 and Z4 aswell..and please don’t come with the regulations bs talk. The Lexus has a just as low front end.
