599 [2006-2012] The New Ferrari F599 GTB PART II

The Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano (internal code F141) is a grand tourer produced by the Italian automobile manufacturer Ferrari. It served as the brand's front-engined, two-seat model, replacing the 575M Maranello in 2006 as a 2007 model, and was later replaced for the 2013 model year by the F12berlinetta.
I didn't mean to harm any Jap or anything, It's just that the 599 looks to much like a Japanese car imo, and that doesn't suit Ferrari very well imo.

No, I'm not worried about your opinion bro, it's the use of the word sh!t that I'm trying to manage! :D

The lines are to busy and not Ferrari sweeping like. Like the the ferraris before the enzo. When I see the 599, I think that a Hyundai Coupe could have looked the same. Mostly speaking about the rear though.

So true... 575 is definitely the best looking Ferrari ever!

:t-cheers:

And yet - your memory is short my friend - the 550 Maranello was criticised plenty for being ungainly and awkwardly styled when it was first released. But boy, did it grow on people.

I feel the same thing could well happen with the F599...

612 never grown on me, neither will this ;)

Aww, Just_me, I thought you were a fan. I`m surprised!
I guess it`s just martinbo and I who likes the 599GTB.

No no no... It's not like that at all! Tycoon and I have long-standing banter about Ferrari. We're extremely good mates that love to poke fun at each other all the time. I included you because I thought you were in on the action and up for some light-hearted name-calling.

I'm sorry if I offended dOmInIX.

Martin.

No problem Martin...I thought you were serious, you didn't put any emoticon.
:t-cheers:

I think all of you lack the consideration that went into this design.

Before any of you start flaming me for saying something which reflects the obvious subjectivity of such a matter let me say that THIS IS JUST MY OPINION.

I think this car, in reference to what it is replacing, is not as good looking. But may I point you to the 7er and 5er which were controversial cars that were not like at the beginning by even many of us GCF's. I think that this car MIGHT just grow on us and with time may age to our liking.

Ferrari's for the most part have been beautiful but not all cars are stunning at first look. They are like wine at times, the older they get in our view the more we love it.

Then again there is the slight possiblity that many of us here will continue to hate this car.

Just my 0.02 cents

P.S. I think that this car is not that good loooking.

Here are some more pictures of the car. I'm really starting to like it, aside from the rims. I think it would look wonderful in a light blue.

bare aluminium parts have been photoshopped body color.
