Chronos The most expensive watch in the world.

There's something appealing about the idea of total baller Seiko. Sorta like the Toyota Century - "I'm stealth as hell, son!"

I'm looking for a new watch myself. Nothing too expensive ( I'm 25, shouldn't buy expensive watches, they deserve a grown up man, serious about that, I respect a fine timepiece )

I saw this, its geeky and nerdy and cost €180, which really isn't much

it's a storm, with LED frond to show you time. Only thing that bothers me
- it's not on all the time, you have to push the button every time. I don't want to explain to everybody every time how it works.
- Is it actually cool enough to be pretty? I saw it in real life finally today and was underwhelmed with the detail. Well it's cheap so what should I have expected but still.

I saw a nice DIESEL watch ( no picture, they have a very bad site and ignore there watch-devision with a passion on it ) It costs 2-3 times more but it's nicer in detail, more crafted and yes, a little more old fashioned. It also has a little watch built in on the side, like that Bugatti watch, so you can tell time while driving ( yeah, I know, stupid, but I like stuff like that ) So what do you guys think?

found something that looks like it, but yeah, watches always look better in real life

That's a really beautiful watch.

I don't dig on techno-laden wristwatches for the simple reason that cel phones have become omnipresent techocenters that fit in our pockets. Mating features to a wristwatch doesn't really enhance more than it complicates things.

There's nothing terribly charming about a electronic tech-watch, so color me indifferent.
Where are you these days Josh?

I really miss your commentary.
