Well, Padi, Panterror, and all other forum's member who enjoy biking, let's talk bikes
I'll start, by quoting Panterror, from other thread.
That's impressive; my personal record on pure road is just 60 km, and 52 km on mixed surface which included 22km or city (mostly cobblestones and tiles) and 30km of sand, with huge gradients.
Sadly I live in a country where driving on roads is one of the easiest ways to get killed by a car runnning over you and driving off road means you're going to get assaulted/robbed/raped/buttf#ck. It's ironical b/c if it wasn't for the shity people, this must be one of the very best countries to do biking, as every conceivable weather, geographical accident and road condition is available...........
Regards!

Put me on a bicycle from Udine to Brescia and i'll do it without stopping with 2 bottles of water in a record time, no problem, just don't force me to do running/jogging.![]()
Would you believe that 3 months ago i drove 155 km with a lot of climbing, twisty roads that included 10 km of macadam, with an average speed of 38 km/h without stopping?Yes, i did... That's my personal record and i want to break it this month on a route that's 172 km long...
Will keep you posted about that... Just need to decide which boy will take me to that record, Cannondale or Colnago...![]()
