The best interior in The world?

yep yep big up to bentley.. and those are ofcourse the pre vag bentelys.. they rock..

PS
The first pic you posted of the veyron is the concept...

BTW - I saw this earlier in the week. This is the best Maybach interior I have seen - I really, really, like it.

In lighter colors that Bugatti interior is really fine, as u would expect for such a price tag. The RR Phantom and the older pre-VAG Bentleys also have great looking interiors. Maybach is ok, but because of the W220 derivative, the W221 makes it look a lil dated.

The SLR and SL look great for sportier models too. Now the Zonda, some types of materials make it look extremely gaudy, while other material/color combos make it look like a work of art you can sit in...

Problem is I can't seem to picture my ideal interior, nor can I name just 1 interior that is the king....only time will tell :S

The problem with Maybach is that the interior is one generation behind W221 but still it looks better without the "hump" in the middle the new S class has.

I agree Mr. Chigga_Chan, there is no one interior that is perfect, I have very diverse taste so I love the modern austerity of the Veyron and Audi A4 but also the opulence of the Bentleys and even the ridiculousness of the Spyker C8.

BTW, both you [Mr. Chigga_Chan] and The Artsit talked about the pre-VAG Bentleys - the pictures I posted were both VAG Bentleys. I know what you are saying but the current Arnage has had a re-designed interior since VAG took over - to be fair to VAG, the quality of Bentley has never been so good. My father owned a Turbo R in the 80's and currently owns a pre-VAG Arnage (which stupidly he plans to replace with a FS soon) - take my word for it, the current Arnage is way better quality than the pre-VAG models.

Why is stupid to replace the Arnage for a Flying Spur? I can understand that Arnage is one step above FS in Bentley's lineup but still if it's a relatively old Arnage vs a brand new FS i know i would pick the FS.

I know what you are saying Yannis - don't get me wrong, my opinion has nothing to do with any perception of the FS having less prestige (I'm not a snob, in spite of what I sometimes might appear - lol), I just think the Arnage, even an older Arnage, is a nicer car - just my opinion.

I know what you mean. Arnage is almost a classic car. On the other hand the FS will definately turn more heads cause it's a new and impressive model and it will be up to date in safety, equipment and road capabilities.

The beauty of the Enzo interior in my eyes is derived from the fact that form follows function. (The Veyron is my favorite for pure aesthetics though)

Alpina Z4 is kind of nice. The dash of the Vanquish reminds me of Ford Mondeo or VW Touareg.

Bugatti Veyron all the way! Best interior in the world. There are some great interiors by some other cars too, but none of those can match Bugatti's.

I think the Audi TT has one of the best. It's just simple enough yet oh so beautiful. I'm not sure what cars had it before the TT, but it seems like too many people have copied the circular air vents with the metal surround already. This is in terms of aesthetics though. The shift knob was sometimes a bit of a reach in the car as well as the radio at times. That is just nitpicking though as it wasn't a big deal.

The TT interior is probably the most copied one in the world. I know at least one dozen models from Ford, Peugeot, Hyundai ect. that stole at least some parts.

I really dont see "beauty" here, the interior of the SLR and the Carrera GT are far more beautiful than this stable!

Re: Enzo interior

I think we have to be careful to see things in context - Agent_Imperial is absolutely correct - that Ferrari Enzo interior is pure function - the beauty is in it's fundamental purity of purpose - their is no concession to bourgeois taste - no beige leather with matching walnut dash - no decorative carbon fiber - lets face it, carbon fiber is often used more for effect rather than because it serves any practical purpose - this Ferrari doesn't play that gimmicky game - this is a pure design, a functional design - this a genuine car-lovers interior - it's about focusing on essentials. :usa7uh:

Yeah man, whatever, it's still fugly in my eyes and will remian so. Regardless of functionality or essentials and stuff.

:t-cheers:
