The S85 V10 engine in the M5 is still the best I've experienced - I love high-revving engines because of their duality. Gearbox is dodgy though and fuel economy is ludicrous (an irrelevant point I agree). But still, at the end with all considered, the M5 is still the ultimate high-performance saloon allrounder... you get so many cars in one. It's not perfect but then again, none of the cars here is...
