There is a certain risk of overlapping, which could be mitigated through model-specific details, such as the X-shaped DRLs, different inner graphics on the grille and the more upright kidney on the G65, giving it a monolithic, flatter, more sober appearance, in comparison to the rounded, softer front fascia of the NA5.

As reported yesterday following the press statement regarding the new wheels for the i3, the updated ///M logo appearing on the lower side of the front doors will indeed carry the white outer lining encasing the letter and colours. And given the AI-cleared up photo, it seems the ///M mirrors are officially gone (no wing visible on the new mirrors vs. current design).

I do enjoy the BMW diehards having to adjust to these vehicles looking so similar, just because that was such a “bad” thing before depending on the brand
