Previewed by the Q60 concept, the production model is heavily camouflaged but we can see it will feature a prominent grille, slender headlights and a rakish windscreen. The model also has a gently sloping roof and a sporty rear end with a short trunk. Other highlights include front fender vents, stylish taillights and what appears to be a rear spoiler.

Infiniti hasn't had much to say about the model but previous reports have suggested it will be offered with a least two different Mercedes-sourced engines. Nothing is official but the entry-level model is rumored to use a twin-turbo 3.0-liter V6 engine that develops 333 bhp (248 kW) and 353 lb-ft (479 Nm) of torque. There are also rumors of a high-performance variant that will use a twin-turbo 4.7-liter V8 engine that develops 408 bhp (304 kW). Later on, the model could be offered with a naturally aspirated 3.0-liter V6 and a hybridized 3.5-liter V6.

Unfortunately, anyone looking for an M4 competitor will be out of luck as Infiniti shelved the Q50 Eau Rouge so a GT-R powered Q60 Eau Rouge is likely out of the question.

I cannot seem to dismiss my suspicion that these are, in fact, prototypes of the upcoming W213-based E-Class coupe.

I know no one else believes this, but this new Q50 and now this Q60 coupe are (I truly believe) based on the new C-Class. A while back there were several articles stating that Infiniti would be using the C-Class platform and then POOF all those articles vanished from the web. This Q60 Coupe to my eye has the same hard points as the new C Coupe and the rear is equally funny looking, like they didn't know what to do with the rear haunches, just like on the C Coupe. It looks awkward in the same place. Just IMO.

The chrome front fender air breather, where did I see it? ;)
Also, give back those stoplights to Opel, thieves.

I think this car looks quite good, better than the Q50 saloon and much better than the Lexus RC. The back lights have an Opel and Alfa Romeo look to them.

Oh no ! BMW marketing team has got you too, back in the days, an air vent is called an air vent, now these marketing people have gone about replacing technical terms with fancy name.

The treatment of the top of the grille is quite odd, the way the sliver of chrome reaches back towards the headlights. Either way, it's a a bit daring, but not ugly like the Lexus RC.

I see some details from the design of the rear taken from Laguna Coupe, as C-pillar and the form from the boot.

Possible Talisman Coupe soon?

I've some informations from Renault and I have seen they have planned one coupe internally known as SSC. Maybe could be one talisman Coupe but I think not.
