I’ve driven from Newport Beach to Santa Barbara, I took about 2 hours, it's a bit further than Irving to Camarillo, so no I don’t see the point in taking a helicopter.
It's IrvinE, not Irving.
Right now, before the rush hour has got going, Google Maps is saying a journey of 2 hours 35 mins TO THE CRASH SITE, nevermind the destination.
And yes I do think taking a helicopter for a short hop like that is excessive.
So therefore everybody on board deserved to die?
You should also know given your job that the flight conditions were pretty poor.
What the HELL does this have to do with Bryant or any of the other passengers?! You really are monumentally stupid.
Seriously guys! Can we let the dead lie? Have some bloody respect for the deceased. Why does every thread on this forum turn into ‘my pinkie is bigger than your pinkie’?
mods; please close this thread. It’s disgusting how everything here turns into a damn argument
There's only one person causing this and his name rhymes with Kiwi Knob.
When the passenger is paying the bills they can decide for themselves, you know this wasn't a commercial flight.
What utter garbage. Certainly, I'm sure there's a certain amount of "pressure" sometimes, but no passenger is deciding ANYTHING.
Why? He was a rapist and woman beater, he deserves about as much respect as Weinstein will get when he's dead.
The rape allegations were the only thing I knew of Bryant before the crash. I'm no basketball fan, nor am I in any way sympathetic to Bryant, but from what I gather, the rape allegations were just that, and it wasn't as black and white as Bryant raping someone. The accuser refused to testify and instead the matter went to a civil court where it was settled early and privately. Bryant apologised and said he was wrong to think it was consensual. For me this is not enough to say Bryant is a "rapist".
As for him being a "wife beater", I have no knowledge of this, and I see no results for it in Google.
