To be fair, Bernhard was assigned to fix the quality glitches of the W220 at the very last moment and he did a great job. He was the only man fit for the job and that cemented his reputation of "Mr Fix-it" within Mercedes Benz. That was also why he was sent to fix Chrysler's operations and production lines.................

What worries me is Bernhard's abrasive style.
