And the Chinese? I don't think they're ready to own a brand like AM yet. We'll see what happens when/if Geely gets the Volvo deal done though.

Yes, The Tata Group is having its fair share of problems. Their acquisition of Jaguar-Land Rover, and Corus steel were all made at the peak of the market funded with a lot of debt. Tata will continue to have to make cutbacks as sales revenue remain weak and debt servicing and refinancing costs increase.
