GLE [Renders] 2018 Mercedes GLE

The Mercedes-Benz GLE, formerly Mercedes-Benz M-Class (designated with the "ML" nomenclature), is a mid-size luxury SUV produced by the German manufacturer Mercedes-Benz since 1997. In terms of size, it is slotted in between the smaller GLC and the larger GLS, the latter with which it shares platforms.
That B-class front certainly looks more aggressive than the current one, it would be a nice change. Make it appear more sportier.

Totally agree. But it looks like it has the AMG kit. A dynamic design without AMG kit is something that MB is still struggling with.

Yes agree with you somehow the Mercedes standard models lack the dynamic design and only look really fantastic when they have the AMG kits.

I would say that the new C does pretty well, but the S-Coupe is beautiful. I hope they take the front design of that car as influence in the upcoming models.

Yes the S-Class coupe is truelly a beautiful car even in standard spec, that car has perfect proportions and styling details. The best looking Mercedes in my opinion (although I do like the AMG GT as well). The C-class is also a good looking car, I like the front of the car the most, rear treatment is nice but not stunning.

Truly agree with you. I hope they stick to similar design philosophy for this ML and make it more dynamic. I would say the best example of that is the current gen Porsche Cayenne. And IRL wise, but not in pics, the Acura MDX. Yes, yes, I know it's a Japanese SUV...but it truly is good looking in person.

I agree, the ML/GLE needs to be spiced up, a lot. It is very utilitarian and not even as exciting to look at as the GL. If they give it a sporty/luxury makeover like the C and S, they will gain some popularity in this segment. The X5, RR Sport, and Cayenne are just so much sexier and sportier.

The current ML looks too soft in my opinion, I think the previous model was better looking and more dynamic, you are right they need to change it to be more sexier, the Porsche Cayenne and RR Sport are the best lookers in this class and look great on the road. I am not a big fan of the new X5 I think the previous model looked better.

I would say the current ML doesn't just look soft, but the design is a bit confusing. I thank many MB cars this generation suffered from this. The front of the car and back of the car just looked like it was designed by two completely separate teams. It's like the front is square but the rear is curvy or vice-a-versa. Just annoying.
