No Shmee hate please[/...
WTF ?! :eek::confused: AMG using Shmee for an official launch video ?! The world has become crazy with all those media influencers (Schmee is no way a car reviewer !).

Shit bro, you really hate AMG!! LAMOFF.
Are you the propaga...

Yeah totally. :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

I was watching Daimlers share-holder-meeting yesterday where every major share-holder across the board agreed, that the management of both Daimler/Daimler-Vans/Daimler-Busses/Daimler-Trucks and AMG is total disaster.
Shares are at an all-time low. Even bevore the Corona-outbrake.
Fingers crossed Li Shufu won't take over Daimler.

Yeah totally. :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

I was watch...

Yeah sure, but it doesn’t mean they make bad cars or their direction is bad. If you look at stock prices then Tesla would be the coolest company in every way in the industry, which unfortunately is not true, but it is still hyped as hell.

Yeap, 2 years later it has come true. What we couldn't pre...

Call me Hoffstradamus. ;)

Nah, this wasn't so hard to predict, but his involvement in their marketing....yeah, that was a bit of a shocker. And, not gonna lie, dude may be a nice enough fella, but that punchable face is not helped by that creeper smile. :D

Then again, with a mug like mine, I won't gracing the cover of GQ any time soon either. :eek: There's a part of me that feels genuinely bad for talking shit about a guy I only know only one facet of. As it's been stated, dude does hustle when it comes to content that tends to be better than most of his peers save for a few other auto influencers. And yeah, it's overly positive in his assessment, and realistically it's probably so he has continued access. But I'd like to think he's an optimist.

But then, there's still another irrational part of me that just wants to clock the guy right between the eyes all because of that face. I mean, that impulse had been dying down over time, bet then he goes and does this commercial. :ROFLMAO: :p

And, damn, @Monster, you remember that post from 2 years ago? I barely remember what I posted a 2 days ago!

Anyway, Shmee aside, look forward to hearing more about what I imagine is the AMG GT's swansong.

That'd make sense. Not heard anything official about Merc...
That's right. Not even a hint from Mercedes about this.

I based my assumption from what I remember about a post by @James Glickenhaus mentioning that a certain number of platforms will be involved in the series, and so far there are Porsche and Audi, which is why I assumed Mercedes will be there with this Black Series as the homologation basis, as they already have the platform in both GT3 and GT4.

“Made in Affalterbach.” How creative from AMG. So different from “Made in Flacht.”...

I feel sick. I don’t even like this car now. What a damn shit show to hire that dude. I’m out!

Last time I was this upset with Mercedes must have been when they released the damn w210.

“Made in Affalterbach.” How creative from AMG...

Yeah, definitely noticed that rip-off. I wanted to mention it, but I forgot in all the Shmee-dragging*.

*I'd like to say this is the last time I'll bring him up, but it's unlikely. This is still kinda funny to me. But kudos to him, I'm sure he had a blast being involved. Any car enthusiast would be.

Guys, we have an uber-AMG advertised with Smee's face. As far as I am concerned, it's plenty enough to have fun with. Let's play nice with each other.
