A quick bit of research shows it's an Allard P4. Basically a mildly massaged Lexus LS400.

Anecdote:
a friend’s father owned a 528i in exact that darkblue colour with darkblue cloth in it’s interior in the early 80ies. At that time I considered it to be unreachable luxury to own and drive such a car.
