:t-cheers:

Oh and btw, there was a BIG Porsche crash not so long ago with girl that drove the car... I'll post one pic and a link but i don't recommend it to "weak" people to look at it...:

Of course its NWS
CHP says Nicole Catsouras was trying to pass another car on right at more than 100 mph.

By KIMBERLY EDDS
The Orange County Register
LAKE FORESTNicole Catsouras, 18, of Ladera Ranch was killed Tuesday afternoon when her black Porsche 911 Carrera clipped a Honda she was trying to pass on the right at more than 100 mph on the Eastern (241) Toll Road, the California Highway Patrol said.
Catsouras was driving southbound near Alton Parkway when she suddenly switched lanes and lost control of the Porsche, CHP officials said, and then cut across the center median, careened across several lanes of traffic and crashed into a tollbooth.
The 20-year-old driver of the Honda was taken to a local hospital and treated for minor injuries.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.

I REPEAT: DO NOT WATCH IT UNLESS YOU HAVE GOOD STOMACH FOR THIS!!!

For those who saw it already, sorry...

:t-cheers:

Wow, the guy was really calm when he lost control of the car - as Tycoon said, a very talented driver.

Oh yes Tycoon, I heard about that incident. It was terrible.

OMG. I 'm so lucky that i was not a spoiled kid with a rich father or i would be probably dead by now after crashing my Porsche or Ferrari or something.

Damn those are horrid but i would say that more people should see those type of pictures. When we read about fatal crashes we never get to see pictures of dead or injured bodies, which is why people, despite after having read about a crash they just drive on, and fast.
These pictures reminds me of the ones I saw one or two months ago. There was this Murc which had crashed and then flipped over. Since the Murc obviously had lamborghini doors the driver and passanger couldn't open them and espacee the burning car. The result? They got burned to death.
To the issue with the 18 years old girl. People lose control on a regular basis but she was unlucky to crash her head stright into that concret block. Driving with a porsche at high speeds could be very dangerous, which is why there is the 911 Turbo with AWD which is design for ordinary people who don't know how to properly handle a fast RWD car. As klier said she probably didn't feel anything since her head smashed straight into the concret block.
For the crash vid that started this thread...I've done that repeatedly on Forza Motorsport.

Same here. Especially when I drive the GT3.

Damn...that second crash was nasty. Another reason why I prefer coupe or at least a hard top over a soft top convertible. That girl was in a convertible...most likely had the top down when she crashed.

RIP.

Forza probably offers the most realistic driving experience for a game. It certainly requires a lot of skill and I found out after trying to use NFSMW style driving in the game. I sucked real bad. :D

As Just_me once said, people who drive these sports cars shoulder a huge responsibility.

wow. driving fast is no joke. we do it all the time without thinking twice. that second crash was just horrible. as someone mentioned earlier, at least it was an instant death. i've seen crash pictures before but they were still recognizable faces.
RIP.
