Carrera GT is quite a bit more expensive. On average at least 300.000 Euro more expensive.
But yeah, pretty insane for a 911. Not a car to enjoy, but a serious investment product, to be treated with the utmost care. Don't drive your R please!

CGT values have dropped in recent months; for about $25k more, the perspective buyer could purchase one instead if they don't have a CGT already

I suspect 911R values will drop when the 991.2 GT3/RS is released

If you had the means to buy a 911R, you can order it with no stripes.....the red or green stripes are a no-cost option that you don't have to choose (at least in Canada).
