Becky doesn't need to know bout nothing because this GT3 has got me...wait for it....sprung.

Also, seeing that video has made me nostalgic and old.

I would choose one of this exterior colours:

Lava Orange, Miami Blue or Crayon.

Signal Yellow, Viper Green, Voodoo blue, Carmine Red, Jet black in that order! :)

My pick will be between Carrara White, Miami Blue or Lava Orange.

Got some interesting asides on the engine -

It is almost completely new and developed by the motorsports division and closely related to the units in the new cup as well as the new RSR. Apparently there was some internal strife and soul searching about the on going engine issues with the .1 and the criticism it was not borne out of motorsports or race proven. And also hence the heavy play on "Born in Flacht" marketing to signify the return of the GT3 to using a motorsports engine.

For the non-dyed-in-the-wool Rennsport fans - Flacht is a neighboring village to Weissach and the Porsche complex in Weissach actually spans both villages with the R&D building on the Weissach side and Porsche motorsports building on the Flacht side. As part of a rivalry between the 2 towns, the motorsports guys usually stick a "Made in Flacht" sticker on the race cars (you can see it under under the rear lights of the GT1).

More on going issues with the engine in the .1?

More on going issues with the engine in the .1?

Unfortunately yes. Details in the this massive thread - http://rennlist.com/forums/991-gt3-...ow-many-15-16-gt3-s-have-engine-replaced.html. But the gist of it - the engine has oiling issues causing the DLC coating on the rocker arms to wear off prematurely and scoring the cam shafts. Porsche is rebuilding the top end on the engines with issues, but what is not clear is if it is a fix or just a band aid and if Porsche will continue to do it once the warranties start running out.
