yes and the BMW and the MB are running on bicycle tires.. and there is no control..
They have plenty of control.. these are not super cars.. they are luxury limos.. so track times does not interest me..

Stop writing like S600 beat the others on ALL tracks... And who cares, these cars are about luxury and comfort. If I want good handling car buy a M , RS or M.

exactly.. well i can only say from the track test we have seen.. and there has been one and it won..
But the again like you i dont care at all.. these cars are not made for the track..

I'd choose the S8. It's the best overall package with (IMO) the best looks, best interior and the real-life performance that is at least equal to the other two (in fact, with the weather conditions here right now, it'd destroy the other two ).

I don't think BMW would make an M7 , but lets assume that for the sake of this thread .

I would still take the M5.It's smaller than 7 series and more agile. The bigger the car, the heavier it gets so the handling is worse than smaller and less powerful cars.

As much as I love the Audi S8, I love the S55 that much more...That car is beautiful and powerful and just holds a little bit more road presence than the Audi. I like the BMW 7 Series but not even close to the Audi or the Merc.

Alpina B7 for me. Its more rare and feels more exclusive IMO. You get the same warranties as a bmw and you can visit your BMW dealer if you need to repair or change something.

At a glance I found this poll a tough one... but after thinking it through and looking at those pictures, I made up my mind that out of this trio the Alpina was my choice.

Not simply because it's a BMW and the other two aren't... it's because overall, the B7 would be just that little bit more special to own.
It's a rare car.. so that would be something special. It has a monsterous engine...and looks every bit as good as the other two. ...and also, recalling some interior pics of the B7, I was reminded how well Alpina do their interiors.
The Alpina B7 is the perfect example of 'A Wolf in Sheep's clothing'.

I adore the S55 (I'd even take it over the S65) and I love the noise the supercharger makes. You can never get tired of that.
I'm gonna miss it when the 63 gets turbocharged.

I think that the B7 has the edge - It's just more special -

i agree with you Yaz amg the 55 does have a better sound then the 65 one kids father in my school has a 55 and one has a 65 and no matter how much faster the 65 is the 55 has a better sound
I would choose the alpine after the s8 because of its amazing looks and great interior and none the less the engine. these cars really are amazing
