Pininfarina Pininfarina Battista: Production car revealed

The whole car is a non event for me. Generic styling that does look good in a non offensive, can’t tell what it is, sorta way. Besides being stupid fast what is so special about it? The car looks like it’s falling apart in the video.

It's their first car and a design language takes time to understand. It's a Pininfarina that's what's special. Recent Ferrari's haven't exactly got hearts racing.

And Hypercars from other Italian manufacturers have either been breaking down or blowing up in fires.

lol. When you have to understand and/or explain design you’ve lost the plot. What about it a pininfarina makes it special? Just saying doesn’t make it so imo. Pointing to others doesn’t change that this car looks like junk in Doug’s video.

Not that much I suppose. Pay them and they design a car for you. Many have done so before.

I always really liked this one:

Still holds up if you imagine more wheelbase in the front.
Would maybe be fun to start a thread with people's favorite Pininfarina design.

What are you talking about? I didn't explain anything. I said what it looks like in the video. I'm not offering excuses about design.

That seat looks flimsy as heck. Even Doug breathing and the seat moves

The interior is a little disappointing for a car costing 2mill, it does appear less handcrafted and a bit cheap in some places. To see a seat flimsy like that is unacceptable and imagine how it will move while driving on a track under heavy braking and cornering. I like this styling of this car, but it would look alot better in other colours like emerald green or blue metallic than boring white.

Probably Pininfarina knows that nobody takes their supercar to the track...

Jokes aside , this car looks like a cash-grab. It's a Rimac Nevera with rushed parts put in.

Even that gear selector has an LCD from 20 years ago (ultra low resolution , ultra meh graphics )
