Sorry folks but the MBCanada.com website is now closed. When I opened the Forum I had no idea it would become as successful as it did. At about nine million page views per month the site became all consuming and was interfering with my family life. I have decided to re-focus and concentrate my efforts on my business instead. My Mercedes-Benz was in constant need of repairs and costing me way too much money so I decided to take the opportunity and make a clean break. A few months ago I purchased a new Honda Civic Hybrid for my company and I was quite impressed. The Hybrid version is made in Japan and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and the ride of the vehicle. It priced out at $27,000 CDN and compared to the B or C Class I found it to be a much better value. The car I am currently considering as my new personal vehicle is an Acura TSX which at $37,000 represents about the best value on the luxury car market. The list of standard features is impressive and the only option that can be added is a navigation system. By comparison a $47,000 dollar Mercedes-Benz C280 with the premium package is not as well equipped and still comes with black unpainted door handles. So it looks like my days of driving a Mercedes-Benz have come to an end. Thank you everyone for participating on the forum, drive safe and all the best for the upcoming new year.

Hmmm. It brings up a good point, but putting it as the reason for closing down the website is rather odd and must have a reason behind it. He cannot argue that because he bought a Honda Hybrid that his life changed forever. He is either promoting Honda, had a big issue with MB and therefore doesn't want anything to do with them, or quite frankl his wife was going to divorce him, so he made up an excuse for how to close down the website.

Having a forum is costly espeically when it gets popular.
