Trackside camping at the Nurburgring for the 24 hour race... Potential Cullinan customer example!!

Agree with some that the front is a the weakest design point, but the side profile, the back and the interior is RR worthy. Who can not agree, that the Cullinan has it all engineering wise: Magic-carpet-ride, terrain capacity, magnificent interior with all the tech, safety features, craftsmanship and so on.

A vehicle is more than just "outside packaging", it's also about content. Imo it is truly RR worthy.

How about simply considering a new, well spec'd VW Touareq and doing epic shit with the money saved ?

I just can't seem to "get" these hyper-luxo SUVs. But apparently many others do. I'll just have to deal with it.

I don’t get SUVs in general. I’ve learned to deal with it.

The simple, sad fact of the matter is... some people just have too much money.

Tiguans, T-Rocs (which I really quite like), BMW X2s' and X3s', M-B GLCs', Q5s'...etc. are quite o.k. by me. And I must say that I like the new Touareq. But as of the Q7 upwards (confining myself to VAG)-too much. It's the larger, ultra/hyper-luxurious examples that I could never warm to.

We couldn't live without an SUV in our family.
I’m not denying anyone’s right to own a SUV or any other kind of car for that matter. We have a Volvo V70 which is able to do everything a standard SUV does, often even much better. Only thing ‘missing’ would be AWD. Living in northern-west Europe you don’t need that. Unless you live in the Alpes or you are a farmer or hunter. In which latter cases I’d buy a real 4WD car.

Another personal gripe with SUV: most of them are so ugly... Range Rover and the new Touareg are the only ones that come to my mind as being good looking SUVs. (Rant modus off).
