By that logic, a lot of cars are shams...
I took it 100% to mean that CoTY is a sham.
Which also means that Chris Harris is saying the i3 should be CoTY. Jesus.

A Peugeot being Car of the Year in the same period as the ground-breaking CF i3 or the unimpeachable S-Klasse... ja right. I stand more of a chance of getting lucky with Jennifer Lawrence at the Oscars after party.
She would probably go for it. Shall I try and set it up? I have contacts in the industry.
Success always breeds envy and jealousy. The continued success of the Germans, even through the post-2008 crisis, and the corresponding increasing fall into bankruptcy of Greece, Portugal, Ireland, Spain, Italy, and even France, and the now patently emerging strategic German alliance with Russia, and its 3-country 'Customs Union', plus APEC and ASEAN, in order to secure both Germany's energy supply needs on the one hand, and new markets in Russia and Asia on the other, as the old West, including the UK and the US, decline into inevitable debt default and third world-like economic and social makeup

BMW have boosted i3 production for 70 vehicles per day to 100 vehicles per day (a production increase of +43%).
The production / supply unfortunately still does not meet the demand. Waiting time for i3 is still several months long.

So what you're saying is that BMW cocked up in their planning?

Do you have the any info on which markets are exceeding expectations and which aren't?
No, that's just what your negative braincells make of it.
Technology that's a succes at launch usually is in short supply. Happens in many different sectors. You can't simply ramp up production when you feel like, particularly when you're already maxed out.
No. They are just doing some great PR ...![]()
