Nice one Sako, but seriously, they drew inspiration from the 993 interior for the new one. That being said, the new interior just doesn't flow well. It is disjointed and needs to have some fluidity. Although the 991 interior has aged some, it's a bit more cohesive.

I don't think it's aged at all. 911 interiors hardly ever do besides 996's. And it's also sturdier than 992's...

Which new 992 variant do you think Porsche is going to unveil in 4 weeks time at the 2019 Los Angeles auto show? GTS or Turbo?

Really good question. I would think the GTS but the Turbo is ready also. Go with the Turbo.

Interesting and unexpected choices.

May I say that you like the edgier looking 911s? Both the 992 and 964 a bit boxier and attitudinal than their predecessors

I'm really a fan of ALL 911s'-but I do have my preferences.

You are correct @ Centurion. I tend to like a bit of angularity in my 911s'. The longer wheelbased "longnosed" F-Models. The G-Models with their boxy "accordian" bumpers and their 964 successors, for example. The somewhat smoother, more voluptuous 993s', however, do not rank among my personal favorites. The 996 would be my least favorite 911. The 997s' (including .2 models) are great, as are the 991s' (including .2 models). But the 992, in my eyes, is absolutely sublime. I love that little bit of edge versus the 991s'.
