I’m not such a fan of the sort version, the proportions just aint so nice. But if, then in that case i would choose the AMG package. Love the Rubelite.

I am very surprised to hear the non-approving opinions on the S 63 E Performance and, to a lesser extent, the S 580 with AMG Package. I respect these opinions, especially coming from owners of current or former models, but I suppose we all have different tastes. I find the newest S 63 to be perfection on wheels - except, maybe, for the potentially exorbitant price that will price me out.

I feel the same way. I have a 2018 S63 and hoping to upgrade but the price may be too high this time.

Agreed here, I blame Mercedes for presenting rather bland packages for the press cars. This never makes a good first impression.
Yes, it will be very expensive. I believe the starting price will be north of $200,000.00 USD

A Quick take on the new one compared to the previous version.
The smaller, body color air dam inlets with the chrome surrounds, and AMG grill give the new one an air of sophistication IMO. The previous version just looks sporty in comparison.

I hate the panamericana grille man…It looks so bad on the S. It definitely needs the classic grille.

I’m thinking more&more to buy me this after new year. For 85k you can get the 57S version with 612 PS, then you give aditional 15k-20k for the aerokit and 23” and you have (for my opinion) still the most badass limo.
And i’m 100 % sure, that this Maybach from 2008 is 10x better made, then the 223 will ever be. And i mean build quality, precision and materials - everything is on a much higher level. Sure, you dont have autonomous driving (for which i dont care), digital light (also dont care) and big touch screens (for which i couldnt care less).

I dont know about you guys, bur for me the W240 is still the king of the road.

Its a very imposing car. The oval front lights on this version remind me of those of the SLR or the R201 SL headlights.

You realize that anything weighing more than 2 tons is very difficult to drive on the limit right? Optimal car weight is 1.1-1.6 tons to have any kind of fun
