I miss the BRABUS of the W126, W124, R129 though the W221, C216, C219 era. Somehow, they have since turned "trashy" and vulgar.

BRABUS was allways brutal and badass.
- If you wanted extraordinary you went for Lorinser
- if you wanted to be understated you went for Carlsson
- and if you liked to keep it classic you go with an serial AMG

What a horrible spec... I don’t think the exterior will be that special compared to the regular S, but I’m very curious what have they done with the interior. The previous gen Maybach had a way nicer interior than the regular S. Now the w223 has an already gorgeous interior, especially with the executive pack, so it’s interesting how did they improve on that. I just very hope they didn’t just make it longer as with the GLS Maybach, that would be a disappointment

Thanks! I thought I might be the only one wondering who in his right mind would buy this car in such a ridiculous color scheme and with such an ugly set of rims.

I have Brabus on my W222 , and is pretty sleek . Nothing screams , IMO

But by Brabus , I mean the normal body kit , not the Brabus 900.

Brabus makes a supercar from a model, and normal body kits for everyone.

Carlsson and Lorinser makes bodykits only.

So W223 should be no different...

Wonderful!
They managed to make an already ugly car, uglier!

That rounded chrome lining at the rear doors is totally at odds with the triangular tail lights(which are a huuuuge mistake)!

The back of the front seats is gorgeous, very nicely executed, but the Maybach deserves a nicer steering wheel, and maybe all woodtrims for the center console....

Even at the top Maybach trim level, the lower centre console is still in gloss black plastic, the steering wheel is still the same design as the rest of the MB range.

Surely they can just put in that extra bit of effort?
