From what I understand the calibration problems have been addressed, they just don't have proper supply.

Fair enough. Makes sense to delay launch. There is no point in announcing a car, take deposits but not being able to tell customers when they will be able to take delivery.

Motech and Urban Automotive in the UK has pauses or postponed development of parts for some cars. The reason is linked to the above. Why produce kits for cars that are not delivered to customers soon enough.

New S450e Hybrid model is shown on German site.

300kw combined output, but strangely only 5.9sec from 0-100km/h. With this kind of power, which is more than the 270kw of the S450 mild hybrid (5.1sec from 0-100km/h) you would expect it to be much faster but is 0.8sec slower, maybe cause it is 375kg heavier.

Looks like the charge port for the S63 E-Performance has been moved to the left side of the vehicle just aft of the rear door cut away.

S63 is now probably the most tested car ever. NO sign of MB releasing this car.
Rather them get it right than having customers be the beta testers like they were with the current GLE/GLS and its awful 48v issues.

Some nice colours have been added to the S-class Manufacturer selection as well as lovely leather interior

The primary purpose of luxury sedans is to focus on the passenger, not the driver. Advocates of the gigantic cinema screen in the G70 forget this. Let them continue to deceive themselves. The S-class is still the pinnacle of this segment.

The rear passengers yes, where the actual screen is.
LMAO if you think it's made to ride shotgun.

You continue to non stop troll your narrative.

bmw 7 series blown up

I have lost hope for the S63 to come out now. AMG waiting for the FL to come out in 2024

While I am ambivalent to a modern S63, it's odd that the C63 has debuted and this hasn't. Semiconductor shortage may be the reason for the delay, but perhaps folks have lost some confidence in super hi-po luxury liner and rather focusing on resources typically allocated to a S63 to other cars like the G and SL.

Yeah I don’t think it’s chips anymore. Other new Mercedes’ debuting left and right.
