How do you call it when you are driving a car which you are not actually driving? This was the key dilemma we had when we were first driven / drove around Silicon Valley in the Mercedes-Benz S500 Intelligent Drive Concept. I have to add even more problems to my W222

1.The light from the rear left door handle is not working ( replacement of the whole handle )

2.Right mirror is not heating

Being an auto journalist, I had few good opportunity to test the new S class and it's direct rivals! In all means without doubt the new S is the best option available at present !

This has been confirmed by @Kratos-TM, he recently got a 2014 model after selling his 2013.

how is MULTIBEAM LED any different than "highbeam assist plus" anyway?
to my understanding, highbeam assist plus works the same way as MULTIBEAM LED. maybe the difference lies in the "roundabout light" or "predictive bending light" functions..?

This car sells a official Mercedes-Benz partner, the car has only 27.000 km and please look at the leather at the armrest and the leather at the seat. Its the same problem that it was in the w221! I hoped, daimler learned something and did it better, but no! Again a total bad quality! In a Kia for 15.000 eur the leather on the armrest is in a better shape. What a shame!!

That dealer should have replaced that part before taking those pictures, that looks hideous.

Yes, I cannot believe the same problem has occurred on the V222.......................... I think the only preventative measure against the leather on the armrest from stretching is not to rest your elbow onto it.

it's clearly faulty, I wonder if it was one with the heated armrest. At least it's an easily replaced part.

The one above looks like a baby was running over it...... or something was digging their elbow in multiple times very hard.
