A-Class (W176) [Official] Mercedes-Benz A-Class (W176)

The W176 model was introduced at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show officially as a subcompact executive / C-segment model for the first time after being a supermini / B-segment for fifteen years.
Well done Merc. Very good looking car. Don't like the missing gear lever and the stick on screen though. Other than that it's really good looking. Big thumbs up.

I'll tell you one thing. At Shareholders meetings, this thing is probably going over VERY well.

The glass house is almost the same as the new BLA- CLC or whatever it will be. I think that window at the back should have had a bit more 'edge' to it to .... Is the silver the AMG ? I really like the rear. Wasn't too sure at first as it's so untypical Merc.

Bloody hell Boz.

a) you give me frikken heart attack
b) why not use your original user name
c) - most importantly - fantastic to see you and welcome back!

Frak - call me chuffed as chips. :eusa_danc

What a beautiful small hatch this Mercedes A class is. Congratulations to the Benz team.

After painfully realizing that Mercedes will never be the premium brand it used to be, and neither exclusive, I can only now fully appreciate the small Benz called the A class. The front end with the new version of sports grill looks more premium than the new SL which is a pity but simultaneously a joy as it reminds me constantly while gazing at the pictures that this is not a "cheap" A class from the past but a proper small Benz. The A class sidelines work and look much better than the lines on E or CLS. Not only VW stable look outdated suddenly, and so do so many other established hatches imo. Alfa Romeo hatch has a serious competition in the look department.

Well summed up Sovereign, I agree that the design is a huge step forward in this segment design wise. I like it - since concept the car pleased my eye.
If only Benz did more with the perceived quality of some of the plastics (see last photo posted by Levi68, clear and Hi-Res)

:t-cheers:

Indeed the quality is really low...
IMO this car is not worth the money as you can buy a cheaper and more beautiful hatch which will have the exact same level of quality or even better :)
The A-Class is not a bad car, don't get me wrong but it lacks in the premium department :)

White is this car's color! :t-cheers:

...with the black side view mirrors.

Focus on the wheels: Absolutely...:icondrool

What a car. It could still do without that upper character line, but whatever....this is a knockout for a small, FWD Benz. Look at that interior. The A25 AMG model with 300+ hp is going to be a stunner. Now bring on the 3-door and the baby CLS, the CLC. The small SUV should be hot also. New S coming, new GL. Updated GLK and G, Mercedes is starting a roll.....

Ohh my the pictures on previous page are just to die for ....this car I am in love with the A class...And that interior wow...the rear seats in that AMG pack or sports pack...wow MB I think this market will be owned by the new A Class.
