From my recollection, yes it is. This pic would also suggest that tooThe panoramic sunroof is tinted, yes?
Mr Mercedes, that is consistent with what I have been told.I would advise anyone tinting their vehicle to avoid metalised tints. It has interfered with the radio reception in our previous BMW's and Mercedes. You may want to run the question past your dealer.
It works really well, and yes, unlike the vw system, it seems to know what's really going on. And opposite to the vw that I would have set at 25-26C, I set it to 22-23C in the mb.May I ask how you're finding the climate control in terms of keeping proper temp? In my current Golf it has a real issue when the sun shines in on a 3C degree day, it thinks its much hotter than it is!

BTW Kaktus, does your fan in the golf blow too hard and for too long? It's a common problem in Aust delivered models. If it does I have an easy fix for it. I had the problem with my b7 passat (current model).
Now that you mention it, yeah I think it does..... but in a couple of days it shouldn't matteroh the wait at the end is so difficult...it's like finishing off an arm wrestle..
My ship is back on the radar now, just off the coast of Cape Town. You must be nearly wetting yourself now mate?
Window tinting is something im nervous about letting someone do. With all the electrics behind the trim and the possibilty of the actual trim and/or clips that could be broken when they take the trim off. I don't want to leave the tinting to any Joe-blo.
Has anyone had any dealings with Tint-a-car?
It may take a few days I'm guessing to jump on a ship, but at the moment I'm getting nothing from my search results
I've found out I've got Michelin's, I guess seems I changed my order the time I'll have been waiting isn't quite so bad (25/5/2013 to build date 24/7/2013), but since my original order was made on the 3rd of March it seems quite a long time.
So I guess I'll just have to wait and see.
Thanks Duds I will keep checking thenHow did you know you were getting Michelins may I ask?
Your VIN won't appear on that link until it is loaded onto the ship.

I asked the dealer for my VIN and he came back with some printouts and one included info on my car one line was tyres and it said Michelin
Ah yes, I got that too. I'm getting Continentals... Wonder how they decide; just at random?
Hey, nice oneWell I've got my VIN No. I'm assuming that I just go to this URL and put my VIN in the cargo ID is that correct?

I looked at these and soon passed them by as the freight cost is astronomical. As mentioned earlier I ended up going for one of these http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/FOOTREST-MERCEDES-BENZ-A-W176-AMG-SCT-CDI-180-200-220-250-BLUEEFFICIENCY-SPORT-/400506195601?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item5d40078e91Found this;
