In addition to the AMG GT 73e 4matic +, Mercedes-AMG will launch the first representative on the market under the AMG label E Performance in 2021. It is the AMG ONE limited to 275 units at a net base price of EUR 2.75 million.

The AMG ONE has the 1.6 liter V6 turbo unit, which in the street version produces around 680 hp. In addition, a total of 4 electric machines are used. A system output of over 1,000 hp is possible.
The top speed is over 350 km / h. The sprint to 200 km / h is given as less than 6 seconds.

But the Mercedes AMG One will also take on a large number of the applications.
There will be a total of 5 driving programs. In addition to HYBRID, RACE is also there. The absolute increase is the F1 qualification mode STRAT 2
This peculiarity with which Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas bring the opponents to despair sharpens all components and gets the maximum power from the drive train. In the 3rd free practice, the competitors often think the Mercedes cars are within reach. Even in the 1st and 2nd qualifications the gap is still acceptable and in the 3rd qualification, when it comes to pole, the Mercedes drivers switch to STRAT 2 mode and then there is another 20 hp extra. Depending on the route, this brings 0.2-0.3s and brings Max Verstappen in particular to despair.

In Formula 1, where 3 engines are allowed to be used per season, drivers are only allowed to use this extra-sharp mode for 2-3 attempts in Q3. This mode is about reliability. In the past, Mercedes HPP not only worked on making this mode even more powerful, but also on making it available for a longer period of time.
How exactly it is designed in the Mercedes-AMG ONE is not yet known.
In general, the engine in the AMG ONE has to be serviced every 50,000 km. However, most of them will hardly move the AMG ONE as an investment and collector's item anyway.

So you made this up?
Edit: He didn't, it's from jesmb.de

I hope so, otherwise this is perhaps the most epic douche-canoe press release ever! :D :D

edit: so did jesmb?

I think the engine alone should produce at least 780PS, about the same as the SF90 to make over 1000PS total output
It should, but can it? It produced around 750PS in the 2015 F1 car and that was at 15k RPM and the engine only lasted 5000km. They are using valve springs instead of hydraulics so they had to bring the RPM down to 11k. That alone would lower the power from 750 to 550PS. So ok, they can turn up the boost and rely on electric assistance to avoid turbo lag... BUT... they are already at 340PS/l, which equals to still pretty high 220PS/l at 7k RPM. If the engine makes 680PS at 11k RPM, then at 7k it makes about 430PS - which is 266PS/l. That's probably as high as they can make it without making the engine life even shorter than it already is.

I am expecting the kerb weight to be about 1475-1500kg. If they want to meet their performance targets of under 6s 0-200 and under 11s 0-300, they will need power to weight of over 900PS/t for sure, possibly even 1000, which would mean 1325PS at the very least. 645PS from electric motors is definitely possible, but then with 25km projected electric only range, the battery is gonna be pretty small - likely about 8kWh - so you wouldn't be enjoying all that power for very long. Who knows, maybe they do that, maybe <11s 0-300 is just not gonna happen or maybe I am completely wrong about the weight... Although I don't see how.

I have a feeling the real weight will not be under 1500 kg, so it will be interesting to see how much total power it will end up with. I agree that it will need 13-1400 ps

Markus Schäfer was on the road with AMG CTO Jochen Hermann these days in the AMG Project ONE and was really excited about the performance: ′′Over 1000 hp and a top speed of 350 km/h in a road-approved vehicle...". Deliveries are still starting in 2021. (y)

I think it looks better without the star at the front

¿Mercedes has claimed previously that they will do a timed lap around Nürburgring, no?

Look at the Red Pig trying to hang with these cars lol.

I wonder if the project one can match the GT3 race cars on the track?

The AMG GT Black Nordschleife time was about 5-10 secs off a GT3 car in race trim, and that was on road legal tyres. I'd imagine the One should be able to make up the difference.
