LaFerrari [Official] Ferrari LaFerrari

Ferrari LaFerrari (F150), is a limited production mid-engine, mild hybrid sports car. Production: 2013-2018. Successor: Ferrari F80.
The problem with the LaFerrari's interior is not in its aim to be minimalistic and purposeful, it's in the execution. It's way to similar to all the other Ferrari interiors which are already very similar, all using the same set of parts that are then placed in slightly different places. The LaFerrari is simply using less of those parts. Which, needless to say, doesn't make it seem like the proper care while designing the interior has been taken, much less convey that you are sitting in a car that only 499 people in the world can buy.

Just look at this:

Hard to tell which is which, really.

Fair point, but besides Pagani and Bugatti, I can't think of any proper super car manufacturer which uses completely bespoke buttons for their cars.

Spyker, Koenigsegg, 918 Spyder. P1 doesn't even have bespoke chassis or engine, so not counting.

Spyker almost went broke, Koenigsegg has taken 10 years of incremental improvement to refine his car to the way it is now, the Porsche has a mostly touch screen based control, but yeah the designers put more effort into differentiating the interior from the rest of the range.

Ferrari will always sell, doesn't mean they should use cheap plastic. For that very reason Maseratis don't sell very well, many prefer Porsche. Those are unconscious decisions.

I'm used to BMW interiors, so the Ferrari interiors are different enough :)
And besides, the quality is great and the ergonomics always spot on.

Please let me know if anyone see/hear when 1:18 Scale models become available:)

Depends on how deep is your pocket, and what is your preference. If you don't mind a sealed resin model, both BBR and MR is going to release a 1:18 LaFerrari in the next 4 weeks. They make limited edition models so the prices of these are going to be expensive. If you are willing to wait, Mattel/Hotwheels will release a fully open, die cast model of the LaFerrari at the start of next year.

My bad. Yes, indeed anbody that can afford it can buy it, but they are limited to 499 units, as the real car.

Believe me I was so tempted to use my 50% discount coupon from Ferrari to buy this model.

Sure. The other 1/8 Ferrari models are about 5K. How much is this one?

Sign up with the Ferrari web store, they do send you some pretty good discount coupons, but then again you won't want to buy the stuff they have to sell.

Thanks guys! I guess passion does really share response.(y)

Also, maybe Sayyaaf can pick something up from Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi:whistle::)
