812 Superfast [Official] Ferrari 812 Superfast

The Ferrari 812 Superfast (Type F152M) is a front mid-engine, rear-wheel-drive grand tourer produced by Ferrari. Production: 2017-2024. Predecessor: Ferrari F12berlinetta. Successor: Ferrari 12Cilindri.
I am ready to eat my earlier words, this looks better than I expected based on those blurry. The leather used looks do rich and decadent. Still not crazy about a windshield-less car and I'd still prefer a F12TdF or a 599GTO. But if you are a conosseur, I'd imagine there's a sense for major desire.

Regarding the switchgear, I wonder if that interior fortells what future Ferrari interiors are going to look like. Makes me wonder how one controls the screens flanking the tachometer. Also, I think this is the first Ferrari since the Testarossa that forgoes circular rear tail-lamps.

Such a blissful face. "You're so high, Monza. Go home."

I will get both of them if I have the $ to do so. I wonder how many owners are going to get both or allowed to get both.

It's probably obvious to many, but I had to look at a high res pic to understand that essentially Ferrari placed the control pods that flank either side of the steering wheel in current Ferrari interiors in the center stack. So, no, it's probably not what Ferrari will setout to do in the near future with their interiors.

An 812 spider is coming.

Just wait till the 812 S Spider comes out (with a folding roof similar to the Portofino).

Marcel Massini

Dear Marcel,

I saw the car and the roof mechanism/pillars look more similar to the 488 spider but without the side vents and shorter.

Wrong Thread! That is the Monza SP1 & SP2 and should go in its own thread.

Anyway from a design point of view, I really like the SP2, not so much the SP1 (looks strange with only one seat). But the wheels aren't my taste...they don't really fit the rest, IMO

In the new Evo magazine issue, they did the 812 superfast test at Angelsey. Any news on laptime result?

Evo normally used the Anglesey Coastal confirguration, guessing it did a 1:15 lap.

Yes, EKaru just posted the whole test in other thread. Same laptime as AMG GT R in previous issue.
Thanks. Better time than I expected. Compared to the AMG GT R it weighs about the same but has over 200 ps more, but then the AMG is a track animal (with grippier tyres).
