488 [Official] Ferrari 488 GTB revealed with twin-turbo V8 engine

The Ferrari 488 (Type F142M) is a mid-engine sports car produced by Ferrari. Production: 2015-2020. Predecessor: Ferrari 458. Successor: Ferrari F8.
Looks better than the regular one.

Indeed, the regular 488 has the rare distinction of looking better than it's predecessor, the 458 Italia, but still being underwhelming visually because the overall shape was too familiar at launch; dating back to 2009.

Looks good, better than normal gtb. But than again every hardcore version looks better than normal until now, from 360-458...

Fully agree with that statement, special editions' correction to the front bumper usually improved the look.

The 720 LT will be the direct 488 GTO rival.
Yes it would be, but due to their different product cycle, by the time the 720 LT is released the 488 replacement would be out, so I guess the lucky ones will have a choice between what is currently on the market but, most likely these people would have got both cars.

Ferrari is not going to be happy about this. But dam........this car, do want it more than the 720s.
Different cars. 720 trying to cover a much broader scope with more practicality than the new Ferrari.

hate the music.
