This could be a really good looking car.

It reminds me of the E-Class. Especially the side and overall proportions :)
It does look decent, can't wait for the first drives. If this one is a winner as it's small brother... then Caddy is up there with the best :)

Nice. Looks sharp yet sleek. A big improvement over the last one! BTW, is it me or every Cadillac looks the same?

IMO, Cadillac is the only American brand showing progress & improvement in their products. Specially design!

Its a little dull at the rear, but yet it does have the side and some of the front profile/hint of the E-Class.

Looks good to me. Interior looks more high-tech than the german. The only high-tech german interior is the 918 Spyder.

Very nice exterior.
But why oh why does Americans FAIL big time over and over again, when it comes to interiors? They are lightyears behind the Germans.

That profile and front look very good. The rear is fine (save for that infernal rear-light), but it could use a bit more character.

Based on these pics, what is lacking or compromised to be "light-years" behind the Germans?

I'm curious about that too. On the other side of the comments I'm really curious as to why someone thinks it looks higher tech than the Germans? Because it has CUE a smart-phone like system that only half-arse works?

Yeah, the CUE, from a user standpoint, is an absolute POS, or so I've read. But I was wondering where the Caddy is lacking aesthetically.
