Quite amusing that they had a crappy launch and did the 1/4mile in 11sec but the exit speed was still q very fast 151mph!!! If they get it right the Chiron could be a 9 to 9.2sec /155mph car.

The same guy has just put new tyres on his 720S and did 0-60mph in just 2.3sec and the 1/4mile in 9.7sec/143mph,

How to make a Bugatti look like a 350Z real quck.... seems like people are putting rims on Bugattis just to be “different”.

HRE makes the best aftermarket rims, but this is a no.

The car sounds just like a plane on the road and the Chiron is still accelerating before he has to press the brake pedal.

His initial acceleration was very slow up to 100mph and then afterward he floored it till he reached 261mph (421kmh) and had to slow down. If he started off really quickly I think he would have had more distance to obtain a higher speed. But then maybe that is the max speed of his car as the Chiron is limited to 420kmh for the street cars unless he had special permission from Bugatti to take the limiter off, which I doubt it.

Yes, I hope Bugatti will let magazines do instrumental tests, they did accept this before with the Veyron. But the Chiron has been out for a couple of years now (I think?) and yet no independent tests so this is not looking good...

A real test on Chiron by independent media?no way at present I thought.
10 more years ago,Bugatti was quite confident that Veyron was the fastest car on acceleration and topspeed at that time,so they lent the car generously to every kinds of medias to test it.But now things has changed, there are so many existing and upcoming competitors can challenge Chiron on acceleration and topspeed.When Bugatti proudly released the records of 0-400-0 by Chiron on their schedule last year,Koenigsegg destroyed it quickly with Agera RS in less than a month,Bugatti lost its confidence since then.According to the speaking of new boss of Bugatti,Chiron will never do a topseed run in the future,and will shift emphasis on handling.A 2 tons cars on handling?this is a joke in my opinion.
