Hmmm. Headlights are still generic G30 compared to the LCI prototypes.

It seems to be the same hood, nor is it camouflaged, so against what I thought the change in the grill will not be very radical, changing only in the part of the plastic bumper

They occasionally don't change M models with an intensive LCI in regards to resale value.
See the E46 and E92.

I wonder if this might be an M5 CS?
They more or less confirmed an upcoming performance update at a recent M8 Event which also showed off the X5M and a known M car coming soon which is Blue.

But are you Sure the M5 will have a new headlight also not only laserlight as the one in the jahre M5 showed.?
Grills sure would be new and taillights but the rest ammm confusing
