The Ferrari Luce is the first production electric vehicle of the brand. Production: 2026-
I tried to imagine what my ideal electric Ferrari would look like. It was fun sketching it, lol. Again, fully fictional.

We have a thread for AI nonsense my friend.

I have no objection to you "calling out" my text-prompt AI images as "nonsense". I catch the "stirring the pot drift".

But in the case of @Uygar, "AI nonsense" is absolutely unwarranted. His images always have a sound foundation in his own hand sketches. I could never, ever accomplish such. Could you, if I may ask ?

Fair question, I think.

no way you made those full colour renderings in such a short time
It’s actually takes couple of minutes to 3D model your car using certain softwares, the rest is totally up to your capabilities. But yeah, usually visual stuff is really quick to do.
Thinking about a design and then transferring that onto the paper takes longer for me. I would say all of this took me around half a day to complete. You also make alternative designs along the way. This was one of them.
Sorry for posting this kind of unrelated stuff, but still, to answer your question properly.

Image-to-Image (hand sketch-to-photorealistic AI rendering) generation.
That also works, but they usually end up looking like crap, at least that was my experience.
If you’re super obsessive with details like I am, 3D modeling is a must. Rendering and other stuff comes later.
Again, these are just my personal preferences.

I don't think that's a fair question at all. What I can or can't is entirely besides the point. And the point is that it is very much off topic.

I'd say when spy shots of a facelift emerge people are free to post renders of said facelift.

Yupp. As practical as an Urus but less shouty than it, Purosange or the Cullinan EV or whatever it will be called.

Basically, a car for people who want a Ferrari but don't want a Ferrari. :ROFLMAO: Reminds me of when Mercedes launched the original A-Class. FWD, tall, stubby and loved by pensioners!

Complete polar opposite to an S-Class.
The A-Klasse was a trailblazer and ahead of its time. They had to change tactics and re-develop it for the c-segment as they were losing market share to VW who in the same year launched the Golf IV.
Then years later arch-rival BMW would launch the 1er. A-Klasse became unsustainable.

This must be damaging to the design firm of those two ex-Apple designers.
You would hope so. Unfortunately there are die hard and deep pocketed Apple fans who buy anything made by Jonathan Ive. iPod shuffle Magic Mouse sold well despite being highly controversial compared with rival products.

San Francisco tech boys who have just vested their Openai, Nvidia or Anthropic shares will buy this.
