C-Class (W204) Official: 2011 Mercedes C-Class Coupe (W204)

The Mercedes-Benz C-Class (W204) is the third generation of the Mercedes-Benz C-Class. It was manufactured and marketed by Mercedes-Benz in sedan/saloon (2007–2014), station wagon/estate (2008–2014) and coupé (2011–2015) bodystyles, with styling by Karlheinz Bauer and Peter Pfeiffer. The C-Class was available in rear- or all-wheel drive, the latter marketed as 4MATIC. The W204 platform was also used for the E-Class Coupé (C207).
Yeah, like the SLK, I think M-B actually ended up pulling this off very solid. We'll see how it fares IRL, but I think it's just right for what they're going for. This car will be very desirable for females, and young males alike, mostly.

I have to remind myself that this car has not been officially unveiled yet, ok maybe a little but these leaked images have been around for a month or 2, what is MB waiting for?

The Super Bowl. :D

I'm going to be quite upset if MB passes up tomorrow without showing the C-Coupe. 2 second exposure in a commercial is nice, but official pictures are better.
:t-cheers:

Team S won the tweet race, thus winning the C-Coupes.

It just says to look for details mid-February. That means there will be an official announcement, just like we just saw with the SLK.

SLK hasn't even launched yet. It't only been announced. FWIW, there are no 2012 models of any kind showing on dealer production sheets, which post 3 months out. I don't expect to see these cars on lots before June.

Anyone know if there's been a test drive of the new 306hp v6 engine in any model yet? Is the C the first MB model to get this engine or is it in the new cls as well? Also, is it an all new engine or heavily re-worked version of the old v6? Cheers guys

The first official pictures of Mercedes’ new C-class coupe have been leaked ahead of the Geneva motor show.

Published in a German magazine today, the three pictures showcase the sleek new coupe that will go head to head with the Audi A5 and BMW 3-series when it reaches the UK in the summer.

It has been designed to replace both the CLK and CLC and sit below the E-class coupe in Mercedes’ range. It shares a platform with the revised saloon and estate C-class models and also mirrors their front-end styling.

But from the A-pillars back there is a comprehensive redesign, with a long flowing roofline and a shoulder line flowing upwards to give the car a sleek and slippery profile.

The interior shot shows a cabin sporting much of the changes to the rest of the C-class range, including a new, angular instrument binnacle mirroring used in the larger E-class, a newly designed steering wheel, updated switchgear and higher-quality trim materials.

Engines are expected to be shared with the standard range. That means it will retain the pre-facelift's four-cylinder petrol and diesel units and also get a new 3.5-litre V6 direct injection petrol engine.

The C-class coupe will also spawn a BMW M3-rivalling C63 AMG model, as well as potentially a hardcore Black Series variant.

Looks good, very similar front to outgoing CLC but that did receive a facelift anyway.

Shame they didn't choose a better colour to show it off.

Interior is stunning for the class.

Oh well, have to make do with my 1M. :D
