^I just think they feel it fits better with the flowing design of the interior..
I mean its not for some cost saving reason, everything in the CLS is one notch up from the E..

Im not sure, i think its Powder Coating..
I have dark rimms the W220 S65 AMG rimms..but those are made in gunmetal.. :t-hands:

Wow, looks hot there indeed. The windshield is so swooped backwards it looks like it got bent down.

Interestingly, yet another Review that says they like the first one more-so looks-wise. Like I said before, M-B is feeling the wrath of their own creation now that they have to follow it up.

Yeah, seeing them side by side only makes it worse for the CLS's C-Class unit. I dunno why they'd use that downgrade from the E's great and high-end unit. Cost savings? Space? Parts issue? Who knows. :t-hands:

Ah yes, I love those W220 wheels. They indeed probably are powdercoated. It's a nice light powder look and it looks great on the White.

This is the only MB model that I prefer non-AMG version (but with LED).

Hmm. In this particular IRL photograph of the CLS, I find my enthusiasm waning a bit. Especially from the rear, it looks a bit messy and bloated. Perhaps simply the wrong rims having the car look narrow-tracked.
