Cayenne [Officia] Porsche Cayenne Coupé 2019

The Porsche Cayenne is a series of automobiles manufactured by Porsche since 2002. It is a luxury crossover SUV, and has been described as both a full-sized and a mid-sized vehicle.
Worst looking car in the class by far. Especially with the rear spoiler popped up. What were these clowns thinking?

I think that this Porsche is the best looking SUV coupe by far, as is any other Porsche in its relevant class.

Awesome! I like when cars are polarising and divide opinion.

Has anyone seen the latest Cayenne from the rear or 3/4? It's terribly boring and nondescript. At least this coupe version has an expression. The way it looks in video suggests that it could grow on me in the metal. It's best design attribute is a low boot lid edge compared with the X6 and GLE coupe which have very tall rear ends.

... It mixes the outline of an egg with the Tesla Model X.

So it looks like this?

The boot lid edge doesn't look any lower on this car from what I can see. Looks roughly even with the hood, just like on the GLE and X5.

The side profile looks identical to the standard Cayenne to these eyes almost as if they glued a new rear half onto it.

For me, that car is the most beautiful one of all those which I will never own and I won't be eager to own...

Yeah for some reason I'm completely drawn to it and would even consider one. Wouldn't go near the X4/X6 or GLC/GLE coupes.

They just pushed the rear top little bit, so uncreative. and that rear spoiler is out of place !

However, I think this is the way the original Cayenne should have looked (without the hideous spoiler), it represents Porsche sporty DNA. Plus I hate the new Cayyenne rear.

Note: exterior similarities between Q8, Urus and this bothers me

Yeah I think I love it now, but it's so hard to build one while keeping the price in check. The "Lightweight Sports Package" that makes it looks good by making the entire body one color is 14k USD by itself!! It's almost a must to get rid of that black trim at the bottom. Besides cost you have to go with this ugly black "houndstooth" interior. Yuck.

My best possible spec for the money:

Base price: $75,300
Price for Equipment: $31,960
Delivery, Processing and Handling Fee $1,250
Total Price: $108,510

Often the same story with Porsche... you add a lot of money to reach your target spec (when I played around the configurator for the 992, I also ended with over 30k€ worth of options !).
